The NYSC Call Up letter is a document that contains your information like your call up number, the state you have been posted to serve, the date you should report to camp, the date when verification will be over in camp, and other information.

How To Print NYSC Call Up Letter 2023/2024 Online
To print your NYSC call up letter, follow the simple steps below;
- Visit the NYSC Call Up letter Printing portal via http://portal.nysc.org.ng.
- Click on the LOGIN Menu.
- Login with your registered EMAIL and PASSWORD.
- Click on the ‘PRINT CALL UP LETTER’ link to access and print your NYSC call up letter.
N/B: It is not possible to print your NYSC call up letter on your mobile phone but you can download it on your phone in PDF format or any other format. Also, you can save it on your email for future use. After you have successfully downloaded your NYSC call up letter on your phone, you can then go to the nearest Cyber Cafe to print it out!
NOTE:
- Any corps member who fails to report to his PPA as in his NYSC call up letter and/or refuses to make himself available for the Youth service shall be prosecuted according to the provisions of Section 13 sub-section 19(a)and (b) of the NYSC Act, Cap. N84, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004
- Also note that any person who is not eligible to participate in the service corps or has been duly issued with a Certificate of National Service or Certificate of Exemption but so participates or attempts to so participate shall be prosecuted in line with Section 13 sub-section 2(a) and (b) of the NYSC Act, Cap, N84, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004
Note the following ahead of the Commencement of the Orientation Exercise.
- Persons who studied in Nigeria should bring to camp: Degree/HND Certificates or Statement of Results, Personal Identity Card from the Institution of graduation.
Foreign graduates should verify original copies of ALL their uploaded credentials and travel documents, including an International passport.
- Foreign graduates are to ensure that academic paper(s) in Languages other than English must be translated into English accordingly; both versions must be presented for verification at the camp.
- Medical/veterinary Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Physiotherapists, Nurses and Public Environmental Health graduates should bring their professional licenses or certificates of full registration issued by their professional bodies.

How many graduates are mobilized for each Batch or Stream?
The number in question may change periodically. It is impossible to give a precise figure, but each Batch produces about 40,000 graduates.
How many times does NYSC Mobilise graduates every year?
Every year, NYSC typically recruits three batches: A, B, and C. For logistical reasons, if a batch’s registered graduates are more numerous than anticipated, NYSC will divide the batch into “Streams 1 and 2.”
Is there any age limit for NYSC participation?
Absolutely yes! Graduates who are older than 30 years of age at the time of graduation will not be eligible to join the National Youth Service Corps, and a certificate of exemption will be issued to them, which is equivalent to a discharge certificate.
Can a pregnant woman serve in the NYSC?
The National Youth Service Corps has advised pregnant corps members to obey the rules and regulations of the service, stressing that “pregnancy is not a disease and should not be used as an excuse to be indolent.”
What happens if I don’t do NYSC?
Not making yourself available is a criminal offence. However, whenever you want the NYSC certificate, whether you delay it until you are 60 years old or not, you must come to serve! You must come to serve because you graduated when you were below 30.
Can a married woman go to NYSC?
The National Youth Service Corps on Wednesday directed married prospective female Corps members to report for registration at the orientation camps in their husbands’ state of domicile, irrespective of the states indicated on their call-up letters.
