As a recipient of this fully-funded scholarship, Chevening is responsible for the provision of tuition or program fees, living expenses, and return flights to the UK. How To Apply
To apply for a Chevening Scholarship, you can visit www.chevening.org/apply and select your country from the list. Once you’ve submitted your application, it will undergo processes against Chevening’s eligibility criteria. Eligible applications will then be reviewed by independent reading committees, who will compile a longlist of candidates.
If your application makes it to the longlist, you’ll receive an invitation to provide references and participate in an interview at the British embassy or high commission in your country of application. These interviews, conducted in English, involve a panel asking you about your personal and professional aspirations and how a Chevening Scholarship aligns with them. Your chosen courses will also be considered during the interview. Following the interview, the panel will evaluate your performance based on the global Chevening criteria.
Deadline for applications
Applications for 2024-25 Chevening Scholarships are now open until 7 November 2023 at 12:00 GMT (midday UK time).
Successful applicants will be announced in June 2024. If you are among them, you will begin your UK studies in September/October 2024.
